Jaime's Bio
Jaime Job brings over 25 years' experience in the hospitality business, in food and beverage, sales, catering, administration and marketing. She began her consulting business in 2001, and has worked with a wide variety of hotels, ownership groups and management companies. Working with Delphi and all related products since 1989, Jaime is a Certified Newmarket Systems Analyst, member of Newmarket Software's Consultant's advisory group and a preferred vendor for multiple hotel companies. As President of the Washington State Chapter of HSMAI (Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International), Jaime's wide range of experience and contacts allows her to provide a wealth of information and best practice tips to any hospitality environment.
In 2002, Jaime began working with Akorn Software Development to create Hotel Web Reports, a product which now hosts an extensive selection of automated reports to produce accurate pace, productivity, and analysis information at the click of a button. These highly useful reports are easily accessed for individual properties or combined for multiple properties. In 2007, Hotel Web Reports was expanded to include Sales Incentive Calculators, Rooms and Catering Booking Goal analysis and Marketing Plan worksheets. A powerful and invaluable product, Hotel Web Reports is now being utilized by over 150 hotels across multiple brands and ownership companies.
Jaime began her career in restaurants, was on the opening team of the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson Arizona, followed by 15 years with the Sheraton Seattle, ITT Sheraton and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In her most recent capacity with Starwood she was a Delphi trainer and manager of support. A founding member of the ITT Sheraton Technology Board and Starwood's Sales Administration team, Jaime provided the creation and implementation of Delphi and Sales Process standards for both organizations.
